This often involves stepping in during periods of uncertainty to provide clarity, whether that’s assessing solvency, identifying risks, or outlining practical next steps. I focus on making complex situations easier to navigate, helping clients make informed decisions while managing competing pressures from creditors, compliance obligations and ongoing business operations.

We regularly assist business owners who are unsure of their position or next steps. In many cases, early advice can make a significant difference—whether that means restructuring, negotiating with creditors or understanding the risks of continuing to trade. For creditors, we provide support in understanding their position and maximising returns in insolvency scenarios.
