Jonathon (Jono) Naef is the co-founder of multi-award-winning ACT firm, Balance Family Law. At Balance, Jono leads the firm’s wills and estates practice, working with individuals and families across Canberra and New South Wales to prepare, protect and preserve their legacy for future generations.
Jono holds a Master of Laws (Estate Planning), graduating with the highest academic achievement award in 2022. That same year, he was named national winner of the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Award in Wills & Estates, and in 2023, he was a finalist for the ACT Law Society’s New Lawyer of the Year. He is also a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), an internationally recognised body of estate planning professionals.
