Hi, I’m John from Helium ACT – a Canberra-based Automation, AI and business process consultancy helping small businesses unlock time, efficiency, and growth by reducing and removing manual work effort and optimising everyday processes.

With a background in IT management, Agile Coaching and years of experience working with work management and most cloud-based tools, I’ve always focused on reducing friction, improving flow, and making work processes better. Helium ACT is the evolution of that thinking. We bring practical, no-fluff, lean automation and AI solutions to businesses that want to work smarter, not harder.

From getting started with your first CRM, to automatically capturing more Google Reviews, to connecting apps like Xero, HubSpot, ClickUp and Gmail (to name a few), to building targeted web-tools that save hours every week, we design and deliver systems and workflows that ‘make the robots do the boring bits’.
