I am a Co-Founder and the Head of People & Culture at Sol. We are a Canberra-based service transformation company that helps organisations solve complex business and workforce challenges across both the private sector and government. Our work spans Strategy, Technology and People, and always begins with defining the real business problem before proposing solutions. This ensures every engagement is practical, outcome driven and aligned to how the organisation actually operates.

At Sol, we support small and growing businesses by first clarifying the actual goal or problem they are trying to solve. Many business owners come to us unsure whether they need more staff, better technology, a clearer strategy or simply more structure in how they operate. We help them unpack the real issue and define a practical pathway forward.

For some businesses this means putting the right technology in place, from simple automations that remove repetitive admin to full system builds that support sales, customer management, scheduling and core operations. For others it means securing the right people, whether that is managers, trades staff, specialists or customer-facing roles. We also deliver psychometric and aptitude testing, structured hiring processes and large-scale recruitment programs for organisations that are growing quickly and need a dependable talent pipeline.
