Kylie commenced her Real Estate journey in 2003 as a receptionist in a picturesque country town in NSW, she felt the pull of my beloved hometown, Canberra, drawing me back, this time with my husband and children in tow.

Resuming her career in real estate, she swiftly rose to the role of Property Manager within just two months. Shortly thereafter, she found myself joining a small family-owned Queanbeyan Real Estate agency, where she thrived as a Property Manager, eventually earning the title of senior property manager within 12 months. Throughout her tenure, she led a dedicated team of 5 professionals, overseeing a rent roll of 880 properties.

Seeking fresh opportunities, Kylie ventured to QLD to explore a different lifestyle while continuing her journey in Property Management, progressing from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager. However, the allure of home beckoned her back to Canberra, where she eagerly embraced the role of Senior Property Manager once again.

Leveraging her extensive experience in the Real Estate industry, alongside with her firsthand experience as both a landlord and tenant, she proudly became a co-owner of Premier Capital Properties.
