In my up-and-coming presentation on the 26^th March I will be providing examples of Claims not covered due to the Client not take advice from an Insurance Broker listed as follows: 

1. The financial loss and emotional impact to the client in comparison to the premium and excess that would have applied.
2. The reasons why we as brokers need to document when Clients decide not to follow advice.  
3. The impact these outcomes have on brokers. Its always our fault!
