Necia Wearne is the Managing Partner of the firm. She was admitted to practice in 2007 in the New South Wales and in 2010 was admitted to practice in ACT and the High Court of Australia.
Necia has completed a Bachelor of Human Resources/Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Law in 2007. Necia has also completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Business Honours and Graduate Certificate of Management at the University of Western Sydney.
Necia has held various positions throughout her Career. She has worked in both private practice and in the Public Service in NSW and the ACT. Necia has previously worked for Law Access NSW and Legal Aid ACT. Both of these positions have given Necia invaluable experience, which she continues to use today at Concorde Legal.
Necia appears in all Courts and Tribunals in NSW and Act such as the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Childrens Court, ACAT, NCAT, ACT Magistrates Court and Supreme Court, NSW Local Court and NSW District Court. In addition to this she represents clients at mediation and Family Dispute Resolution conferences.
